Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a form of therapy based on “hands-on” techniques that are effective in reducing pain and improving mobility, soft tissue, and nerves.

At Physio for All, our physiotherapists and osteopaths have developed high-quality manual therapy during their studies and further training for graduates.

Manual therapy is used to diagnose, diagnose and treat various symptoms and conditions.

Physiotherapists will usually combine manual therapy with an exercise book and rehab that will lead to a speedy recovery of your work.

Benefits of Manual Therapy

  • Fix the pain

  • Increase the movement of joints in strong joints and the range of motion

  • Improve tissue repair

  • Improving muscle stability and elasticity

  • Reduces inflammation of soft tissues

  • Reduce muscle strength

  • Lower the rest

  • Simplify movement and exercise

  • Manual Therapy

  • Handmade or manipulation of members

Their purpose is to increase joint mobility and a range of painless movements and better rotation within the joint.

Combined integration is capable of varying intensity and amplitudes applied to the joint.

Combined conversion is an idle movement with high speed and low amplitude applied in a composite environment.

Treatment of soft tissue

The manual treatment of soft tissues is the use of inscribed pressure on the skin, muscles and tendons, ligaments, and fascia. The most common methods of soft tissue manual are:

Deep tissue massage, sports massage and therapy, manual lymphatic drainage

Muscle Strength Strategies

Myofascial Release deals with restrictions on the fascia. Fascia is a web of connective tissue that covers and connects muscles, joints and organs throughout the body.

Start scoring points. Myofascial trigger points (MTPs) are areas that focus on the intra-abdominal muscle that generally responds to pain transmitted to the point level.

Neural mobilization is the integration and movement of emotions.

Visceral Manipulation "is a gentle hand gesture that promotes normal movement, tone and movement of the internal organs (or viscera) and their connective tissue".
